Few things to know

  • You’re the boss during bath time. While we provide the tools and towels, you’re in charge of your dog while using our DIY spa. For safety reasons, all self-wash sessions are owner-supervised and at your own risk.

  • Time caps: All sessions = 30 minutes max

  • Booking recommended

  • Non-transferable: One dog per membership

  • No-show policy: Missed bookings count as used

  • Fair use clause: We reserve the right to cancel if usage is excessive
