Tables and tools are fully disinfected between every dog. And yes, we use fresh, clean towels for every wash. No towel-sharing here. Ever.

The Full Monty: A big scrub-up groom
Your dog’s about to get the works. We’re talking a two-shampoo deep clean, a brush that actually gets through that fluff, add a de-matt if things have gotten a bit... wild, and a proper hand-dry that doesn’t leave them half-damp and sulking.
From scruffy to strut-worthy.
What’s included?
We give your dog a gentle once-over health check, from wiggly nose to waggy tail. It helps us spot anything new (especially handy for older pups), and we keep a history so you’re always in the know.

Short-coated dogs get the old fur stripped away. Out with the dead weight.
Long, curly, or drama-queen coats? We trim to your chosen style, no judgement.
Nails clipped. Ears cleaned. Sanitary bits sorted. You’re welcome.
How long?
Around 1.5 hours for short coats. Up to 2+ hours for long or high-maintenance coats. (Yes, we see you, doodles.)
Heads up:
If your pup’s coat is matted to the max, we may charge a bit extra. In some cases, we’ll recommend a full clip-off so they can start fresh, with dignity.
Hand Stripping: Old School Grooming Done Right
Some coats don’t want clippers; they want the royal treatment.
Hand stripping is a specialist grooming technique for wire-haired and rough-coated dogs. It’s done the traditional way (by hand, not by blade) and helps your dog’s coat stay strong, shiny, and textured. Just as nature intended.
It’s a slower, more skilled process, and one our groomers are really proud of.
We’ll remove dead coat gently, maintain healthy skin, and keep that wiry texture looking sharp. Think of it as the difference between a rushed buzz cut and a really good haircut.

The Quickie: Wash, dry and tidy
Perfect for keeping things fresh between full grooms because sometimes they just need a little zhuzh, not the whole shebang.

What’s included?

A gentle brush-through and de-matt if needed.
Warm blow-dry for that fresh-from-the-salon fluff.
Nails clipped. Sanitary bits tidied. Eyes and paws neatened up so they can see where they’re going and do it in style.
How long?
Between 1.5 and 2.5 hours, depending on size, coat type, and just how wild they’ve been rolling.
Heads up:
Heavily matted coats might need a bit more TLC (and time), which could mean an extra charge or, in extreme cases, a clip-off. We’ll always talk it through with you first.
The Blow & Go: Just a wash & blow dry
Double cleanse with our best natural shampoo, followed by a warm blast and fluff.
Ideal post-park, pre-party, or anytime they’re a bit too whiffy to cuddle.

Heads up:
Long nails can cause pain, difficulty walking, and even lead to infections, and neglecting the sanitary area can result in skin irritation, matting, and potential infections. If we think your loved one is at risk, we’ll suggest an upgrade or an add-on during the consultation.
The Flea Funeral: One-way ticket for unwanted hitchhikers
Fleas? Not on our watch. This Sunday/Monday-only service is designed to evict bugs and protect the rest of our furry clientele. We use vet-approved flea shampoo, a targeted comb-out, and a full rinse and dry, no sedation, no stress.
Then we deep-clean the entire shop. Every brush. Every towel. Every table. Because your dog deserves a fresh start, and the next dog does too.
What’s included?
Medicated flea shampoo & warm rinse
Thorough comb-out
Blow-dry + all tools disinfected
No sedation but if it’s too stressful, we’ll pause and call you
How long?
Usually, at least one hour.
Why Sundays & Mondays only?
To stop the spread. These are our quietest days, so we can treat your dog without risking a salon-wide bug bonanza. Think of it as our weekly bug purge.
